It is not about how big or beautiful the church building is. It is not about how beautifully landscaped its grounds are. It is not about how many worship services or programs or the number of members it has. It is not about how many members experience or exercise spiritual gifts.

What it is about is serving and following God? Do you? Do you follow and serve Him or do you follow after worldly wants and desires and things?

The world grows more evil on a daily basis. Morality and decency are all but gone. The world has turned good to evil and evil to good. Christians and the Word of God are at the focal point of the world’s anger and hatred. They have taken God’s Holy Days and Celebrations and twisted their real meanings so much that they have no resemblance to what they were originally all about. They have perverted God’s Sacred Words to suit their evil desires and ridicule the Truth. They are banning Christianity and all that is Sacred and Holy.

Now is NOT the time to sit quietly on our hands and look the other way. Now is NOT the time to hide in the shadows. Now, more than ever before, we must stand up for God and His Teachings as the Bible commands us (Psalm 94:16). We must show the world the real meanings of the holidays they celebrate. We must set an example to the world and be there to bring as many as we can out of the darkness of evil and into the light of Christ. We must do this with a sincere and pure heart for God. We must remember that Christ suffered excruciating pain and died for all of us. What we experience now is nothing compared to what Christ took upon Himself in our place. The world needs to know these facts before it is too late. The world offers lies and death. Christi offers truth and eternal life with Him. What the world offers is only temporary. What Christ offers is never-ending.

The world does not want o hear the message of Christ. They want to part of it because it condemns it of its evil and ungodly way. And it won’t just hate the message, but the messenger as well. The world will say and do anything to silence you and the message of Christ. They will threaten you, despise you, slander you and call you names, harass you, and even do bodily harm and maybe even kill you. Christ Himself told us these things would happen and to stand firm and not give in:

If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
John 15:18-20

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13

No matter what they say or do to us, we must continue to go forward with Christ and with His Words. We are to share them with as many as we can, even if they hate us for it.

Now it’s up to you. You have been given a Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20). Stand firm and proudly tell this unbelieving world that Christ died on the cross of the sins of all of us and rose from the dead three days later to show us that He and He alone is the one and only Way, Truth and the Light. Without Christ all anyone has is eternal damnation and punishment.

Be bold for God and have a very blessed Resurrection Remembrance Day in honor of Him who died for us all upon the cross.
